  No VAT is chargeable on the finance instalment making this option efficient for non VAT registered companies. VAT on the service rental is fully reclaimable depending on the customers VAT status. This is a purchase agreement and therefore can be shown on the balance sheet, thus allowing you to maximise capital allowances. This is subject to your accounting practices.
