Roadside Assistance

Included in all our car and commercial vehicle lease contracts is a comprehensive breakdown and recovery service, delivered in partnership with the AA.
  • Roadside.
    Wherever possible, we aim to repair your vehicle at the roadside. If necessary, a tow can be arranged to a local repairer.
  • At Home.
    Our roadside assistance also entitles you to breakdown assistance at home or your place of work.
  • Recovery.
    We will arrange for the driver, and up to seven passengers, to be recovered to any single destination in the UK.
  • Onward Travel.
    We will arrange alternative travel arrangements, accommodation or a free of charge hire car for 24 hours if your vehicle cannot be repaired.
  • European Cover.
    Breakdown and recovery assistance for lease cars in provided within the UK and across Europe.
